Pierre Potvin
Pierre is a dedicated mentor with a genuine passion for helping others succeed. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services and digital business development, he is now giving back by mentoring entrepreneurs. He combines active listening, genuine curiosity and a proactive approach to support entrepreneurs who are ready to grow, tackle their challenges and push themselves further. He has a particular appreciation for those who dare to think big and understand the value of surrounding themselves with the right people.
What sets Pierre apart is his contagious enthusiasm, his ability to build strong relationships and his sincere desire to help others thrive. For him, mentoring is about making a meaningful difference in an entrepreneur’s journey. And if he can help someone avoid a few unnecessary detours along the way, he considers his mission accomplished.
Benoit Morin
Benoit is a mentor driven by a desire to share his knowledge and experience. A computer engineering graduate, he has built extensive expertise in information technology, complemented by a strong background in finance and banking. Over a 25-year period, he successfully led a company through continuous growth, developing a practical and well-rounded understanding of business.
A generalist and a project-oriented leader, Benoit understands the many realities organizations face and believes in moving forward with a structured approach. Thoughtful and analytical, he takes the time to listen, assess situations and encourage meaningful reflection. He is particularly well suited to supporting entrepreneurs taking over family businesses, as well as business owners looking to strengthen their organization and support its continued growth.
