Six practical workshops will be offered in communities across the Laurentians in 2026–2027 to help entrepreneurs build their skills, discover new tools and move their businesses forward.
Running and growing a business comes with plenty of questions: How can you better promote your products or services? How do you turn an idea into a viable business opportunity? Which artificial intelligence tools can actually save you time? How should you set your prices, plan for growth or present your business with confidence? To provide practical answers to these questions, 4Korners and SADC des Laurentides are teaming up to present the Laurentians Entrepreneurship Workshop Series, a series of six practical workshops offered in English in communities throughout the region.
Workshops in English… open to everyone
You don’t have to be an English speaker to take part! All entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and people considering starting a business are welcome to register, regardless of their first language. The series is designed in particular to give people who are more comfortable learning and discussing business topics in English access to quality entrepreneurial content, right here in the Laurentians.
Rather than having to travel to larger urban centres or look for suitable training opportunities online, participants can build their knowledge close to their business and their community. Workshops will be held in several municipalities throughout the region: Morin-Heights, Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Sainte-Adèle, Mont-Tremblant and Saint-Sauveur.

Marketing, finances, planning, networking, artificial intelligence and digital tools: each workshop takes a practical approach so that participants leave with knowledge, tools and actionable ideas they can apply to their businesses.

For SADC des Laurentides, this collaboration is also an opportunity to highlight something entrepreneurs may not always know: they can communicate with our team and receive services in the official language they are most comfortable using. Whether you want to discuss financing for a business project, access business advisory services or explore business mentoring, our team is here to support entrepreneurs in the region at different stages of their journey.
The goal is simple: to ensure that language is not a barrier when someone wants to ask questions, understand the options available to them and make informed decisions for their business.

Support doesn’t stop with the workshops. The SADC and CAE Network also provides businesses with a variety of English-language tools, resources and blog articles covering a wide range of entrepreneurial topics. Planning, financing, marketing, management and digital technology: these resources complement the support available locally and give entrepreneurs the opportunity to continue building their knowledge according to their needs.
